Privacy policy

AIMadTech is operated by [Company legal name] ("we"). This policy explains what we collect when you use aimadtech.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Account: your email address and profile details (name and avatar if you add them), handled by Supabase Auth.
  • Listing submissions: the tool details you submit and the private contact email you give us. The contact email is not shown on the site.
  • Claims: when you claim a listing, the email you use and whether its domain matches the vendor's website.
  • Saved stacks: the stacks you save in Stack Builder.
  • Newsletter: your email address. We only send the newsletter after you confirm by email (double opt-in), and each issue includes an unsubscribe link.
  • Website scans: the URL you ask us to scan and the vendors we detect on it.
  • Tool views: we count listing views. To avoid counting the same visitor twice within 30 minutes we store a hash of the IP address, which we delete daily.
  • Search queries: we keep a sample of search terms to improve results. They are not linked to your account.
  • Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.
  • Bot checks: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that forms are used by people.

Service providers

  • Supabase: database, authentication and file storage.
  • Cloudflare: hosting, content delivery, web analytics and Turnstile.
  • Resend: sending account and newsletter emails.
  • Google (Gemini): when enabled, drafting articles and filling in listing details from public vendor websites. We do not send personal data to it.

How long we keep data

Account data, submissions, claims and saved stacks are kept while your account exists. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Hashed IP addresses for view counts are deleted daily. [Retention periods for logs and backups to be confirmed.]

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you or ask us to delete it. Email [contact email] and we will reply within [30] days. When an account is deleted, its profile, claims and saved stacks are deleted with it.

Cookies and local storage

  • Sign-in session: keeps you signed in.
  • Stack draft: keeps an unsaved Stack Builder draft in your browser.
  • Theme: remembers light or dark mode.

We do not use advertising cookies.
