The AIMadTech badge
Vendors who list a tool add a small badge to their site that links back to AIMadTech.
Why we ask for it
AIMadTech is free to list on. The badge is how vendors help other marketers find the directory, and it shows us the person submitting can edit the product's website.
What counts
- Any link to aimadtech.com on a page of your own site lets your listing go to review. A link with
rel="nofollow",ugcorsponsoredis fine. - A followed link (no nofollow) also earns your listing theVerified badge and puts it first in the review queue.
- The badge must be in the HTML your server sends. A badge added later by JavaScript or a tag manager isn't visible to our checker.
We check the page when you submit, and again about once a week once your listing is live. If a followed badge disappears from two checks in a row, the Verified badge goes. Your listing stays published either way.
The badge
Your own code, with your listing's address, is on the last step of thesubmit form. It looks like this:
<a href="https://aimadtech.com/tools/your-tool" title="Featured on AIMadTech"><img src="https://aimadtech.com/badges/featured.svg" alt="Featured on AIMadTech" width="150" height="40"></a>For a dark site, use featured-dark.svg instead.
Can't add it?
If your site blocks our checker (a firewall or bot protection returning 403), allow theAIMadTechBot user agent and check again. The badge can sit on any page of your site, so a page your firewall lets through works too.
